Howl! presents" For All" a track from the upcoming debute album Flying Fortress by Saxsyndrum, a duo that is "a granular groove on a beach of beats by the pitch-shifted shores of lake delay."
Flying Fortress is the first full-length album by the duo Saxsyndrum. These 11 songs are playfully laden with pop-culture vocal samples and markedly more upbeat than their self-titled EP.
Digital downloads are available on the bands Bandcamp site. CD's can be purchased at the Phonopolis and Cheap Thrill record shops.
Flying Fortress is set for release on April 28th, 2012 in Montréal at the Midnight Poutine showcase.

Dave Switchenko (tenor saxophone) and Nick Schofield (drums) have performed and recorded together as Saxsyndrum since early 2011. The duo focus on the primary elements of rhythm and melody to create heady grooves on a cloud of effects and samples.
Saxsyndrum have shared the stage with friends A K U A, Sick Friend, Cobra and Vulture, Sea Oleena, Wilderwild, Armen at the Bazaar, F in Fresh and have performed at the POP Montreal Festival, MEG Festival, Duckstock Festival, Midnight Poutine showcase, Nomad Nation studio, and CKUT Thursdays (A)live.
