Some of us struggle with more serious issues such as binge eating. This was a problem I personally battled for more than a decade, so I know how scary and difficult it can be.
Much of the information out there about combatting overeating isn't that helpful because it doesn't get to the root of the problem.
Beating regular overeating isn't just a matter of having more willpower, taking certain foods out of your house or just "wanting it more."
You usually need to address a combination of biological, psychological, emotional and even spiritual issues.
In today's episode, I share some questions to consider if you're struggling to break from from overeating.
