Sin is not okay with God —Many, sadly are taught wrong in the Church. They are told, it's okay to sin, no one is perfect —yet Jesus said He is coming for a Bride without spot or wrinkle.
2 Peter 3:14 So, beloved, since you are expecting these things, be eager to be found by Him [at His coming] without spot or blemish and at peace [in serene confidence, free from fears and agitating passions and moral conflicts].
Of course, Jesus will perfect us, only He can, but we have to be willing to be corrected —recreated in His likeness. Ephesians 2:10
Revelation 3:19 Those whom I [dearly and tenderly] love, I tell their faults and convict and convince and reprove and chasten [I discipline and instruct them]. So be enthusiastic and in earnest and burning with zeal and repent [changing your mind and attitude].
Thus you should know that you need to know Jesus for yourself. Take the time needed to know Him so that you are not deceived. Take God's warning seriously, it's a matter of heaven or hell!
Matthew 7:21 Not everyone who says to Me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father Who is in heaven.
22 Many will say to Me on that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name and driven out demons in Your name and done many mighty works in Your name?
23 And then I will say to them openly (publicly), I never knew you; depart from Me, you who act wickedly [disregarding My commands]. AMPC
Revelation 3:20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears and listens to and heeds My voice and opens the door, I will come into him and will eat with him, and he [will eat] with Me. AMPC
