Stöfunk aka Markus Röpert was born the 4th of january 1985 and since then he is living in Germany, in one of the techno capitals nower days, in Oberhausen. With the age of 12 his development into the electronic music area was already totally clear. When he was 28 years old the time has come to buy his first equipment. Finally he could plan and play his own sets.Three months later he found his individual way how to mix his music. Since then he was working permanently, improving his mixing skills. Today he plays usually on 4 decks. After one year training his first live appearance has been succesfully realized in Germany, Düsseldorf. Highly professional. Searching for the place where he is home in the fields of electronic music, he pased a huge range of styles in the scenery. He experienced hardcore, minimal, trance and rave, finally finding himself in the underground techno niche. His sets consist of acid, banging techno, dark & industrial techno.
