Danny is the prose poet of the modern game. His third little book on football, Extra Time, follows Saturday 3pm and Black Boots and Football Pinks onto the shelves. A Middlesbrough fan based in Edinburgh, Danny wrote the book Stramash about Scottish football and Hatters, Railwaymen and Knitters about English football.
