Watford fan Geoff was in charge of 100 Years at Vicarage Road, a celebration of a century of games at the humble stadium next to Watford General Hospital.
It has seen motorbike football, boxing, horse shows, Elton John concerts and a few thousand football matches. With photos, essays by Geoff and recollections from fan, players and an Honorary Life President, the book will be under several Christmas Trees this year in and around Hertfordshire. It’s also a fine tribute to the football ground.
This chat took place in person, making it the first time in the 260 shows that this has happened. Thanks to Watford Museum for lending us a room.
