A Greek-American who visited the UK and saw both Arsenal and Brentford, George runs the family restaurant in Walpole, New Hampshire, home of documentarian Ken Burns.
Over a period of two years, he delved into the success of the Greek football team at EURO 2004, speaking to players and journalists to document the underdogs’ success.
