Lorne now works for Times Sport up in Scotland, having spent 25 years with the Mail. In 1971, Partick Thistle upset the odds when they demolished Glasgow Celtic to win the Scottish League Cup. Lorne, who is a Jag, used some time between jobs to write What A Sensation. It’s an account of that game, with fan and player recollection.
