Square Peg, Round Ball is the title of Ned’s 2022 memoir. A St Pauli fan from his time in Hamburg, Ned is on tour this autumn with a one-man show about his time on the Tour, but he has plenty of anecdotes about his time reporting on football.
Ned has transitioned into cycling thanks to his commentary on the Tour de France and his four books on the sport including How I Won The Yellow Jumper.
