Scunthorpe, Crewe, Yeovil, Hereford and Carlisle were some of the towns the former Champions League semi-finalists went to. Simon Grayson eventually helped the club to promotion, while players like Jermaine Beckford, Robert Snodgrass and local lad Fabian Delph were regulars.
