The Roaring Red Front is a football travelogue with lashings of beer. Stewart, a writer for newspaper the Morning Star, and Vincent, a writer and bon viveur heard on the Deserter Pubcast, globetrot to Argentina, Spain, Italy, the USA, St Pauli and Dulwich in search of clubs with leftwing ideals.
Some clubs wear their allegiances on their sleeves, while others are tolerant of various causes and issues. Throughout the trek around the world, Vincent and Stewart collect anecdotes and friends.
