Spurs fan Tom chose to leave journalism in 2020 after a 20-year career, where he freelanced for several publications and spoke to the likes of Matt Damon, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Alan Shearer.
As the nephew of Brian Scovell, he has heard plenty of war stories from football journalism. Tom currently works in financial comms, but if ever he writes his own book it would be about the Saint & Greavesie era of British football.
