Former 7 year Major Leaguer and current Toronto Blue Jays Field Coordinator Shelley Duncan joins the Dugout Coalition! Shelley stems from an incredible baseball family. His father, Dave Duncan spent time under Tony La Russa when they were together with the St. Louis Cardinals and managed throughout his career. His brother, Chris Duncan, was an incredible athlete and played multiple years in the Major Leagues.
Shelley takes us through what leadership looks like in a big league clubhouse through incredible story telling. He defines what a leader is, how leadership is developed and describes some of the greatest leaders he ever played with.
Not only is Shelley an incredible human being, he is an absolute MOTIVATOR! With a Masters degree in leadership, Shelley breaks down high level leadership techniques that all great leaders utilize to inspire their organizations!
