Building your internal belief system is not an overnight success.. this takes time.. effort.. COMMITMENT! 95% of people in this world would rather let the world tell them who they are rather than themselves.
In order to SERVE others, we must first serve ourselves! How do we do this? Find one thing that you can commit to every single day. This must be simple but challenging, such as a gratitude journal, cold shower, exercise or lifestyle change. This can be as easy as waking up 5 minutes earlier.
The more that we commit to ourselves, the more confidence we build. The more confidence that we build, the stronger our identity becomes. The strong our identity becomes, the stronger our internal belief system becomes!!
