Jaeger is a 28 year professional in the field of peak performance and personal development and created the infamous Jaeger Bands. He has worked with teams from the UCLA Bruins to Major League Baseball by teaching a simple practice: Meditation.

Meditation and visualization is the art of controlling and focusing on your breath to allow the mind and body to enter a restful state. This practice allows athletes to relax, clear their mind, and enter into the zone. In modern day society we deal with so many distractions on a daily basis which ultimately cloud our mind with fogginess, prohibiting us from performing at our best.
