God’s presence is a guarantee and a promise of the new covenant but what do we do when God feels distant? Or worse, when we feel indifferent to his presence with us. Psalm 42 is a description of our human experience of loneliness and despair in the life of faith. Pastor Robin describes God’s response in Psalm 42 as a new covenant privilege.
