"Rachael England joined the Royal Air Force in 1999 as a Dental Nurse, in 2004 she began training as a Dental Hygienist at the Defence Dental Agency in Aldershot, U.K. Rachael served until 2008, when she relocated to Windsor to work in private practice. In 2013 an opportunity arose to work in Dubai, where Rachael relished the opportunity to join dental public health initiatives and later was accepted as President of Emirates Dental Hygienists Club.
During this time, she studied for a Master of Public Health and graduated with Merit in 2018. Following which she felt the need to expand her skills outside of the dental surgery and accepted a role as a Research Dental Hygienist on the British Regional Heart Study, spending six months gathering the dental data of men aged over 75 across the U.K.
In February 2019 Rachael joined FDI World Dental Federation as an Education and Public Health Manager.
Rachael first visited Kenya in 2015 as a dental volunteer and went on to found the registered charity Maasai Molar (www.maasaimolar.org), who provide dental care and oral health education to communities in the Maasai Mara, Kenya."
