Today I'm joined by Blayke and Jacob to talk about one of the greatest strength athletes of all time, Mark Henry. Known more so for his WWE wrestling career Mr Sexual Chocolate had one of the most illustrious careers in Strength Sports; setting world records in Powerlifting, a 2x Olympian, multiple time national Weightlifting champion plus defeating the then Worlds Strongest Man Svend Karlsen at the first Arnolds Strongman Challenge. Without the lure of WWE fame and fortune it would've been great to see what more he could of accomplished! The guy is an absolute freak and definitely a strong person we should know about!
