Uppy had the honor and privilege to get to interview OJ McCulley, owner of Rub BBQ And Grilling. The interview was conducted on site at Modesto's Grub Hubs which a somewhat noisy location (busy/loud street, music blaring from several food trucks) but the interview was captured nicely by the microphone.
