The Metropolitan Culture Corner, goes behind the scenes with luthier Alex Alonso, founder of DHR Custom Guitars. Located in El Prat de Llobregat, DHR specializes in adjustments, maintenance, modifications and repairs of guitar and bass instruments, both electric and acoustic and even makes custom guitars in its workshop.
DHR, which started in 2013, is known for taking really good care of its customers, and for personalizing each instrument so that it's configured precisely to the needs of each player. Its client list includes everyone from amateur players to high-end instrument collectors, and from established artists to famous producers.
