In the story of David and Bathsheba, we see that David didn’t begin with a sin problem as much as he began with a lack of purpose problem. He had been given so much, and yet he lost focus. An idle mind is the devil’s playground; but if we stay where God has called us, we’ll stay within His loving grace.
