In John 20, we find the story of Thomas after Jesus’s resurrection. Thomas withdrew out of anger and hurt from the disciples, after which he finally saw the resurrected Christ. From his story, we learn that our anger, and our attitude, can be one of the hardest obstacles to overcome, and they can strongly affect our quality of relationship with both the church and with God.
