스믈한번째 꿈 Kkum 에피소드는 서울의 앰비언트/딥테크노 아티스트이자 Artscope 레이블의 디렉터로 활동중인 Yóhan의 66분 세트와 함께 합니다.
무겁고 적막하고 거친 기계적인 사운드에 특유의 서정성을 더해 무거우면서도 따뜻한 질감의 음악적 공간을 만들어내는 Yóhan의 사운드는 우리가 늘 노출되어 있는 모든 종류의 소리에 담겨있는 음악적인 에너지를 생각하며 만들어집니다. 각종 기계음에 둘러싸인 채 살아가는 현대인에게는 기계음에서도 아름다운 추억과 서정성을 느낄 수 있다고 생각하는 그는 그러한 소리 하나하나에 기계 시대의 서정성을 담아 표현하고자 합니다.
The twenty-first episode of Kkum is a set of 66 minutes by Yóhan, an ambient/deep techno artist in Seoul and a label director of Artscope.
Yóhan pursuits to make rough and industrial, non-musical noisy sounds into silky and sophisticated moods.
He believes that there are musical energy in all the sounds around us. He think we all feel some kinds of beuty, feelings and some memories also. He always tries to express emotion of the modern times- period of mechanics.
He creates deep dark but warm texture of space made of ambient, industrial sounds to express his deepest pain and feeling. And always tries to investigate a new sound and a new combination of sounds.
