Description

In a bold move, Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin has filed a lawsuit against Temu's parent companies, labeling the popular online platform as a "data-theft business" rather than a mere e-commerce marketplace. Griffin's lawsuit accuses Temu, known for its extensive app downloads and millions of shipments, of egregious privacy violations.
