Riaz Dhanani opens 516th episode of DJ Mixes. A London-based producer has been getting some traction in 2017 – marking it as a breakthrough year – getting ahead of tough competition of UK scene. Riaz caught the attention of VIVa MUSiC (@vivamusic) label boss Steve Lawler (@steve-lawler), releasing “Hot Fuse EP” on it – climbing to no.4 in Tech House chart on Beatport, followed by a big wave of support from such selectors and producers as Marco Carola and Matthias Tanzmann. Meanwhile, Solardo (@solardo_music), Hot Creations’s (@hot-creations) top selling artist, also has picked up his collaboration with Harry Ley (@harryley) for an upcoming release of “Sour Apple Groove” on Sola imprint.
It took him a while to gain such powerful momentum. Among the list of Riaz’ supporters, you can find such names as Groove Armada, Sidney Charles, Lee Foss, De La Swing, Anthony Attalla, and many more. The man definitely understands the meaning of the word “quality.” An UK resident at venues such as Ministry of Sound, Sankeys and XOYO; a frequent guest for popular warehouse party Binnin Plaats in Amsterdam and a well-recognized face for Audio Rehad at Eden Ibiza, Riaz never sleeps.
