Frustrated peeling the skin of a baked sweet potato? Oh yes, I found it hard, too. But not now, because last December I learned this secret method at a local community kitchen.
Be mindful, as we’ve learned in one of our previous episodes, of your environment. This way we will appreciate what we have already got, thus we will have more happiness. For the last few days, it’s been below 10 degrees celsius. I like to bake when the weather turns cold, because baking makes the kitchen warm. Baked sweet potatoes are so delicious and nutritious, except it’s hard to peel the skins. However baked sweet potatoes at a local community kitchen were very tender and pretty easy to peel the skin. Because I was mindful, I noticed it and was very curious about it. So I asked how the baking was done. And here is the secret recipe! let’s have a listen together!
