Ben was writing a book about his childhood life in Toronto. At that time there were not many toys to play with, so he and his buddies used to play with street cars. They would jump off one car, and jump onto another car on the opposite side, when they happened to stop at the same station. Let’s have a listen together!

He started this podcast, because he wanted to help people with the knowledge of healthy food to avoid what had happened to his father and his friend, as well as healthy mindset, mentality and attitude towards life.
