Description

Welcome to Part 2 of this mini episode series on Self Labeling. In the first episode o the topic, we discussed not being able to escape a diagnosis, and also how we can positively and negatively label our personalities. In this installment, we dive into the topic of self-diagnosis that becomes an unnecessary label, and also how traumas can create labels and why we should push back on that sometimes.
