Tom has been working with At-Risk Youth and their families since 1989 in both residential and community-based services. He received his MSW from UNC-Chapel Hill in 2000. Mr. Reid worked for the OPC Area Program for eight years, specializing in crisis management, hospital diversion, and community integration for clients at risk of hospitalization. Mr. Reid has extensive experience in group therapy and individual and family therapy, and he is responsible for business development activities including mergers/acquisitions, as well as training for staff on clinical core values and crisis prevention/safety. his new book TASK: Performance Based Communication is available on Amazon.
