In a world of 10X, I get 4X doesn’t sound that exciting. While one of those is a great concept, very few will achieve it. whereas the other is available to all.
In a “realistic” world, wouldn’t you be happy with quadrupling your turnover in the next 24 months? Try it on for size - what’s 4X your current turnover? How does that feel? For most its exciting and for many, daunting or intangible. So let’s get real for moment and embrace that 4X in two years is a pretty ambitious proposition.
