The most important relationship is the one with yourself. In the last episode, episode 225, I talked about why you should love yourself. In this episode I take it further and share the journey that you will have to go on in order to find that perfect relationship with yourself.
You cannot truly love someone until you truly know that person. The same can be said for the relationship with yourself. You cannot truly love yourself until you truly know yourself, and many people have lost touch with who they really are. The journey of personal development takes you through your flaws, weaknesses, guilt and shame but on the other side, if you’re brave enough to venture, you find your true, pure self. Once there you cannot help but fall in love with who you are.
By taking the energy, healing yourself and exerting it through all that you do and are, you cannot help but be a force for good in this world.
