Small business owners have to do most, if not all the tasks that keep their businesses running. Some of those tasks they love, some they hate and many lie somewhere in between. The problem is, we tend to gravitate towards the task we love, like and enjoy and neglect those we don’t. If those things are the ones that are going to grow our business and make us successful, we can hit a brick wall. We can try and force ourselves to do the things we dislike but matter however, we’ll bring our A-game if we can find the passion and love to do them.
