As the first Chief Public Safety Director for the City of Philadelphia appointed by Mayor Cherelle L. Parker, Adam Geer leads the Office of Public Safety in coordinating the City’s intergovernmental response to gun violence.
Prior to being appointed to this role, Director Geer served as the City of Philadelphia’s Deputy Inspector General for Public Safety.
He joined Dr. Peterson to discuss the city’s response to gun violence and the Office of Public Safety’s initiatives.
