Director Carlton Williams from the Office of Clean & Green Initiatives joined P.O.C to recap their 2024 wins and initiatives. From addressing litter and illegal dumping to mobilizing impactful community partnerships, the office has made strides toward a cleaner, greener Philadelphia.
