Dr. William Hayes is the Chief Executive Officer of Boys’ Latin of Philadelphia. He previously worked in Boston, Cleveland and Camden in a variety of positions in the education field, including as a teacher, college counselor, assistant principal and turnaround principal.
He joined Dr. Peterson to discuss his work at Boys Latin of Philadelphia and prepare us for tomorrow’s Black Men in Education Convening conference.
