Dr. Timothy Golden is Professor of Philosophy, Legal Studies program coordinator, and Founder of the Donald Blake Center for the Study of Race, Ethnicity, and Culture at Walla Walla University. For 20 years, he was a criminal defense attorney in Philadelphia and in the federal courts. He joined to weigh in on the meaning of Juneteenth, and the California governor’s quest to overturn hard-won concessions of policing.
