On week 3 of our series “Postures of Advent”, we had Tim bring us a word on being on bended knees before Jesus, like the wise men who bowed down and worshipped Him in Matthew 2:11. Tim then spoke on what each of the 3 gifts the Magi brought to Jesus represent in terms of our worship to God - to worship in trust, holiness and suffering.
As we go on bended knees before Jesus, may we do it with a heart of submission to Him, knowing that in Him we have everything we need, and that He’s drawing us deeper to be more like Him.
