In our first service of 2021, Ps Andre called our church to stay sober-minded and alert, that we may pray and seek God in the uncertain times we live in. Preaching from 1 Peter 4, Ps Andre reminded us that the realisation of the coming end should prompt an inward posture of alertness, and a pursuit of God and His kingdom. More importantly, it should lead to earnest prayer, for God’s will to be done in our world.
May this time of unprecedented shaking awaken in our church a greater dependency and commitment to prayer that we may see a move of God.
