In Week 5 of our Lenten Series, Timothy shared from the Gospel of Mark of how the Jewish people who wanted a King that would bring restoration, freedom from oppression and fulfilment of promises but failed to know Him in the way He wanted them to.
When we recognise Him and His presence, we actively live out the things that He emulates through these 3 aspects: 1. Calling, 2. Confidence, and 3. Charity.
It is so easy to miss the visitation and the work that He’s doing in our midst. What is He doing in our community, in our hearts that we should make an effort to not miss out on? Let us pray for us to not miss His visitation and to not lose sight of who He is.
