Ps. Peh Han continued our sermon series on “Family”, with a sermon on The Original Story, where we discovered God’s original intention for family.
Designed to be the optimal environment for growth, Eden was a garden of delight and pleasure for the first family to intimately relate with God and others.
When Man fell into sin, instead of abundance and intimacy with the Father, they lived in lack and strife. Part of restoring the family lies in restoring our individual inner brokenness. Secondly, in remembering who we are in Christ - as individuals and as a community, to reflect God’s blessings and joy.
As we go about the new week, may we seek to cultivate the gardens of our home life, and come to a new revelation of who we are as a family in Christ.
