“We get to participate in God’s eternal purpose by growing and helping others grow in discipleship to Jesus.” - @timothyshaun

Continuing with our series “Immeasurably More” where we explore the book of Ephesians, Tim spoke from Ephesians 4 today and how we are immeasurably called by God to do good works in His redemptive plan. Despite knowing this truth, sometimes we feel it’s hard for us to grasp or experience that glorious reality because everything outside of Christ is and can be influenced by the powers. But the good news is that Christ has paid the price for us to be free, and given us grace to walk worthy of our calling.

Where church has been marked by programmatic consumption, God has given us the grace to overcome it by maturing in relationship through truth in love. Where there is performative burnout, God has given us grace to be secure in who we are as we grow into our gifts. Where there is purposeless stagnation, God has given us grace to live on mission for others. And with God’s grace, may we be a people that will make disciples of all nations, until we attain the fullness of Christ.
