The local church continues to produce future church leaders through their youth ministry. As youth, grow out of a youth program into adulthood, year later, reflect back to the impact of their youth group experience. Conducting a reunion of those youth groups can open up opportunities for the ministry to continue on unto the families as well. Joel Rayburn director of Outback youth camp shares his experience and the impact of a on going program that has continued for many years and has impacted hundreds of lives for Christ.
