SPEEDCOMP 24 + INSECT DELI + TRACKER SPECIAL PART 19
SpeedComp is a pointless online competition to make a song in half an hour, limiting yourself to 10 previously unheard samples (and no other sounds). The samples are selected by a different person each round - Insect Deli selected for this round.
Use whatever software or hardware you like. Don’t use VSTIs etc. The aim of Speedcomp is to do something interesting using the 10 samples provided in a limited time. Not transform the sounds into something totally unrecognisable. Maximum track length 5 minutes. There are no winners.
The sample pack for SpeedComp 24 was posted onto the Event Page at 7:30pm on the night before Thematics Radio and all entries were played on the show. A late entry were pasted into the podcast. Thanks to everyone for playing along.
