The Body of Christ--individually and as a whole--doesn't need anything...except a revelation of what He has already given us. This revelation comes from the living Word of the living God! The blessings that God has for you can become real, not just make a good sermon, and they begin with aligning your thought life with the Word so you're speaking and "acting like it's so." Revival comes from what you have in you first! Is there seed in you that will sprout and grow when the rain comes, or are you praying for heavy rain with no seed in the ground?
