A ruler has both authority over and ownership of his kingdom. So God, the Creator of all things, has both authority and ownership. When you were born again, your spirit and your body then were bought back and now belong to God, your good God, your new King (1 Cor. 6:20). Are you a good steward of what God owns? Have you opened your heart to a giving mentality and worshiped the King with your best gifts?
