Islamic scholar Maulana Sayed Ali Raza Rizvi, recently President of the European Council of Scholars, gave this address at the 2016 Benedict XVI Lecture at Archbishop's House, Westminster on Tuesday 8 March. The theme was 'Living as a Creative Minority in the UK'.
