“David-No Shortcuts” continues with last week’s theme on “David’s Heart.” In this message, Pastor John Tuttle uses examples from David’s life to show that his faith in God remained strong, even when circumstances were difficult. He spared Saul’s life in 1 Samuel 24 when Saul insisted on pursuing David to kill him. David did not use his advantage to take the matter into his own hands and kill Saul, but rather trusted God to take care of Saul. What do we do with shortcuts that present themselves, but would not be honorable in our lives?
