This is a one hour, highly technical exploration of the impact of smoke on grapes and wine. The participants are Glenn McGourty, Dr. Anita Oberholster, and Dr. Michael Jones of the U.C. Cooperative Extension, who were participants in a forum held in Lake County in the Spring of 2019.
