Fiona Kennedy, Pediatric Nurse Extern, Adoptee, and Birth Mom, joins the show to share her journey through the adoption process. When Fiona was a freshman at Penn State, she discovered she was pregnant. Fiona then took a year off from school to go live with a good friend in North Carolina.
