I wanted to do something simple, old-fashioned, straightforward but specific and an-free and saw this is my chance to (finally!) become a member of a berlin school group! Hopefully another disquiet member will follow this invitation ...
It's straight:
- 120 bpm
- 4/4
- the chord progression is: C F C' G# D
- every chord is repeated 4 times
- so one chord progression takes 20 bars (4x4 bars)
- the chord progression is repeated for five times (=100 bars)
- every 4 chords have an extra base note, more or less a wake-up call for mellotron improvizers …
Everything else is filter sweeps and realtime modulation of the waveform.
